Synopsis
For the Presidential elections, Romanian authorities must set up extra polling stations for some apartments where thousands of citizens of the Republic of Moldova are registered, even if they do not live there and do not vote. The short exposes this imaginary & utopic world in which those thousands of people are truly living together in a 50 square meters apartment.
